I've emailed SolaGarden about the pretty bad quality of the path/deck light as they have all rusted and look dreadful. I know they have a lifetime guarantee so I'm waiting for their response as I write this. Just letting people know that these path lights have a problem that can't be fixed just by replacing them although they illuminated the edge of the path and deck reasonably well so I could go outside when dark.
I have owned several Bosch washing machines over the last decade without the need for a service. Bosch Serie 6 WGA244U0AU was purchased from Appliances Online. The machine was installed incorrectly to the hot water, ruining my clothes and tripping the safety switch of the hot water system due to disruption of the scheduled timer operation. 12 months into use, the machine started making rumbling noises during the agitation cycle. Despite having a repair technician attend and providing multiple videos to the retailer (Appliances Online) and Bosch, I have not received any resolution to date. The videos showed that the machine is levelled since it’s neither shaking nor vibrating. The transit bolts have already been removed as the machine has not been relocated. There is no foreign object as I routinely emptied the drain pipe and cleaned the filter trap. The noise persisted despite decreasing the revolutions from 1400rpm to 400rpm, and varying load sizes. After another service was suggested by AO’s Manager, I researched and believe the washing machine bearings are highly likely to be defective. As the life span of bearings should typically be 10 years, it is evident that this is a manufacturing defect. I am deeply disappointed with Bosch and AO, as this would be a common fault for washing machines that could be easily diagnosed. The amount of effort and energy I’ve invested in a warranty claim is beyond frustrating. The complete absence of any meaningful customer service would mean an escalation to the OFT and ACCC. Bosch's products have made a steep decline in their quality as I had also run into multiple issues with their Series 8 Dryer WTW87564AU.
The customer service is second to none - reminds me of dealing with ISPs 20 years ago when the internet was new and everyone was excited about being online. The service has had a few minor hiccups here and there but they have always been well explained in NodeOne's communicatons.

Washing machines do a lot of work, and need some TLC every now and then. They deal with dirt, detergent, and lots of water, so it’s important to properly clean and maintain them to prevent grime, smells, mould and mildew.
